FTP

Using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) you can easily transfer a website you have created yourself to your webspace or the webspace of a class or group.

Should you have problems, consult the handbook accompanying your FTP software.

• FTP access to your private webspace
  Server: ftp.lernsax.de
  User name: Your login = Your e-mail address
  Password: Your password
• FTP access to the webspace of an institution
  Server: ftp.lernsax.de
  User name: info@h<hostname>.lernsax.de
  Password: The institution password

• FTP access to a class within the "Institution" area
  Server: ftp.lernsax.de
  User name: classname@<hostname>.lernsax.de
  Password: The class password
• FTP access to a group's webspace within the "Institution" area
  Server: ftp.lernsax.de
  User name: groupname@<hostname>.lernsax.de
  Password: The group password
